Explorers are an adventurous and determined group of young people aged 14 to 18, comprising the fifth section of the Scouts.

Every week, Explorers come together in Units to embark on new experiences, form meaningful connections, and tackle the exciting challenge of making a positive impact on the world.

Being an Explorer is about embracing the opportunity to explore the world on your own terms, making the most of your circumstances, and discovering your potential wherever you are.

With your fellow Explorers, you’ll develop skills that empower you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and joy. From epic hikes to robot-building workshops, you’ll have the chance to try new things and expand your horizons in ways you never imagined.

Whether you’re venturing to distant lands or spearheading projects in your local community, Explorers are encouraged to dream big and take action on the causes they believe in, knowing that even small actions can create significant change right in their own neighborhoods.
